One of the top defensive backs in the Land of Lincoln in 2002 will be Tristan Burge. Burge, a 6-foot-0, 175-pound cover corner from Romeoville, Illinois has 4.4 speed.
"Right now I'm wide open." Burge said. "We will be attending the Northwestern camp as a team and I'm also going to the Iowa camp.
I'm hearing from Illinois, Iowa, Boston College, Northwestern and Western Michigan.
My top schools right now are Wisconsin, Northwestern, Illinois, Florida and probably Boston College.
Romeoville head coach, Jim Boudouris, had high praise for his prized recruit.
"Tristan has tremendous speed and he has excellent grades." Boudouris said. "He's a true cover corner that's physical. I think Tristan is as good as they come."
Burge is an athlete that could play several positions at the next level.
