Texan Talks About Official Visit

As early as last week, Northwestern was the team to beat for the services of Brandon Tittle. Tittle was in Evanston this past weekend for an official visit and things didn't go as planned.

"I was expecting a little more, lets leave it at that." Said offensive lineman Brandon Tittle about his Northwestern official visit.

"Zach Streif was my host. The players really didn't treat me that well and I didn't feel comfortable at all."

Tittle, a 6-foot-8, 360-pounder, from North Richland Hills, Texas is still looking at Vanderbilt, SMU, Tulane and Rice.

Is Northwestern out of the picture?

"Kind of. I'm going to be taking other visits and it would be a long shot for me to end up at Northwestern."

Tittle is a three-year varsity starter that was named all-area after his sophomore and junior seasons.
