Agholor's coach, Dominick Ciao, said he discussed the 6-foot-1, 175-pounder's official visit to Notre Dame, which included a blowout win against Air Force.
"He said it was a great visit, he was very impressed," Ciao said. "They had a game, so he had a chance to see that. Everything went well. That is what I got from him."
Berkeley Prep played St. Petersburg Catholic – a 45-0 win in which Agholor rushed for three scores and returned a punt for another touchdowns – on Thursday, which allowed Agholor to travel to campus Friday and spent a full two days on campus.
"He said he got a chance to go to the pep rally and enjoyed everything about it, and it was nice," Ciao said. "On the other hand, he doesn't want to say things that are too descriptive and may cause any of the other schools to be (concerned)."
Scout.com rates Agholor as a five-star star safety, and is rated No. 3 in the class, but he is being recruited by the Irish to play receiver.
"I know Notre Dame is a school he wanted to visited, and the opportunity was there for him to do it," Ciao said. "I don't know which other schools he will visit and he hasn't set up any of those visits, but I know he had a good time at Notre Dame.
"He's planning on taking his visits to make a decision, and it was a chance for him to see the school. He truly enjoyed it, and it was a great visit and he was around some great people."
