While Marshall would have a big night, Gall and the Crusaders came away with a 42-30 victory.
How did it feel to win and reach next week's regional final?
"It was great," said Gall. "We expected to come out and do what we do, and did it against a great team in Middletown and got the victory."
Not knowing who his opponent would be following his teams win, Gall spoke positive about going up against either team (St. Xavier or Colerain).
"I'm fine with either one," said Gall. "We've played them both in the past and we're ready to play them again."
The Crusaders played one of the toughest prep schedules in the country and after starting off 7-0, hit a tough patch with three consecutive losses to close out the season against Indianapolis (IN) Cathedral, Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward, and Louisville (KY) Trinity.
Does Gall feel the Crusaders are back on their game?
"We're back and ready to go," Gall continued. "We'll keep winning until we don't want to win and we want to win out."
As for recruiting, Gall has the following to report.
"Nothing really new is going on," said Gall. "Other than the normal letters, calls and emails I'm getting from several schools."
Note: Moeller will play Cincinnati (Ohio) St. Xavier High School in the Region Four Championship next Saturday night. The two teams are both from the Greater Catholic League and Moeller won their regular season match-up 27-24 in Week Five of the season.
