Snodgrass Earns Irish Offer

Springfield (OH) wide receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass continues his hot ways with another great camp performance. We get the latest on Snodgrass following his day at Notre Dame.

If you're looking for one of the hottest wide receiver prospects in the Midwest and class of 2014, look no further than Springfield (OH) High School's Thaddeus Snodgrass.

Monday found the 6-foot-2, 175-pound Snodgrass camping at Notre Dame and turning up the heat with his blazing speed and ball skills.

"I had a great day at Notre Dame," said Snodgrass. "It was fun and I loved it up here. I did real well as I caught everything and ran a 4.4 forty. Coach (Mike) Elston said I had a great day and Notre Dame offered me.

During his time on campus Snodgrass took a little time to look around and check things out.

"Notre Dame has a lot of tradition," said Snodgrass. "They are a lot different than the other schools I've visited so far. The thing I'll remember most is going into the church and how all their facilities are big and very impressive."

Before his day was over, Snodgrass spoke with Irish head coach Brian Kelly.

"Coach Kelly said he wasn't wrong about his Ohio kids," said Snodgrass.

Now holding offers from the Irish, Ohio State, Michigan State and Toledo, Snodgrass is making a push as one of Ohio's top prospects in the 2014 class and a major target for the Irish. Top Stories
