Official Visit Primer, Part II

Notre Dame is hosting a number of official visitors this weekend to correspond with its showdown against Michigan, and takes a look at where the Irish stand with each prospect.

No. 11 Notre Dame hosts Michigan on Saturday in not only a huge game for national perspective, but also for recruiting.

The Irish have a few handfuls of official visitors coming in for the game and to experience Notre Dame for the weekend, and in the second of two parts, breaks down where Notre Dame stands with each player making an official visit.

Juwaan Williams, WR, 6-0, 180, Tucker (Ga.) High
Official visits: Notre Dame (Sept. 22), Oregon (Oct. 6), Clemson (Oct. 20), Florida State and Vanderbilt
The skinny: Williams has a few other visits set up, but he is a classic player Irish coach Brian Kelly loves to recruit. Williams can play a number of positions, with receiver being the one that has a lot of programs excited. One thing to like about Williams' list is every school is out of state, and three of the five are a good distance from home.

Isaac Rochell, DE, 6-5, 257, Eagles Landing Christian Academy, McDonough, Ga.
Official visits: Notre Dame (Sept. 21)
The skinny: Rochell went from not wanting to consider the Irish to committing to them, so his weekend will be spend enjoying the perks of recruiting without the stress of making a decision. Recruiting others, including defensive end and class 2014 teammate Andrew Williams, who is supposed to make the trip with Rochell.

Jamel James, RB, 5-11, 215, Cinco Ranch High, Katy, Texas
Official visits: Notre Dame (Sept. 21)
The skinny: James committed to the Irish in late July despite never setting foot on the campus. He trusted the relationships he developed with the staff, but this is a big weekend nonetheless. James is going to campus thinking he feels comfortable, but not really knowing if he is comfortable.

Corey Robinson, WR, 6-5, 205, San Antonio (Texas) Christian Schools
Official visits: Notre Dame (Sept. 21)
The skinny: Robinson is going to relax and hopefully enjoy a fun weekend, but he will be checking to make sure everything is in line for a January enrollment. Robinson is a perfect fit for Notre Dame, and being there with fellow Texan James is important.

Cole Luke, CB, 6-0, 175, Hamilton High, Chandler, Ariz.
Official visits: Notre Dame (Sept. 21), Texas (Oct. 5), Oklahoma (Oct. 26), USC (TBD)
The skinny: This is a tough one for the Irish, which are in the final four but need to make a big push. The Irish get a chance to make the first impression, but then will have to ride out a wave of visits to other big-time programs to win the battle. Academics and early playing time are the cards Notre Dame will play, and Luke is interested in both. Top Stories
