5-star No. 1 DT Tim Settle (No. 1 prospect overall) - Long ways to go with him, but the Irish weren't in his original top five (has since withdrawn any list. 5-star No. 3 CB Iman Marshall (No. 17 prospect overall) - Spoke with him recently, and he's certainly going to give the Irish an honest look, though USC may have the early edge. 5-star No. 1 TE Alize Jones (No. 19 prospect overall) - Irish have a good shot at landing Jones, and he visited this summer. He's not listing any favorites. 4-star No. 4 CB Kendall Sheffield (No. 21 prospect overall) - Irish will get a visit from this Texas speedster at some point, who is also going to see Notre Dame play this season in Dallas. *** 4-star No. 1 OG Tristen Hoge (No. 26 prospect overall) - Irish are his leader, with Florida and Stanford close behind. A commitment could come as early as this season. 4-star No. 6 DT Shy Tuttle (No. 30 prospect overall) - Appears to be SEC/ACC bound, with his top three consisting of Alabama, Clemson, North Carolina. 4-star No. 7 DE Rasheem Green (No. 31 prospect overall) - Still early, he has yet to release any list of favorites. 4-star No. OLB Jeffery Holland (No. 33 prospect overall) - With over 50 scholarship offers, Holland originally planned on deciding before the start of his junior season, but it now appears as though he'll take a step back and re-evaluate. The Irish should get a visit. 4-star No. 2 WR Christian Kirk (No. 36 overall) – Going to be a tough battle for Kirk, but he doesn't plan on ending the recruiting process any time soon. ***4-star No. 10 DE Jashon Cornell (No. 47 overall) – Notre Dame leads for this Minnesota native who plans on visiting for a game this season. 4-star No. 6 OLB Justin Hilliard (No. 54 overall) – Visited Notre Dame this summer and gave it a great review. 4-star No. 8 RB Nicholas Brossette (No. 57 overall) – High on Notre Dame since the Irish offered this summer, and he plans to visit for a game this season. 4-star No. 4 WR Brian Cole (No. 59 overall) – NO OFFER 4-star No. 5 WR Cordell Broadus (No. 64 overall) – NO OFFER 4-star No. 2 TE Devonaire Clarington (No. 68 overall) – High on Miami and Florida in the early stages. 4-star No. 6 OT Matthew Burrell (No. 70 overall) – Going to be a hard pull from the East Coast. 4-star No. CB Minkah Fitzpatrick (No. 76 overall) – NO OFFER 4-star No. 3 QB Torrance Gibson (No. 81 overall) – Irish are most likely one of Gibson's leaders, who planned on visiting Notre Dame this spring but had to cancel plans. ***4-star No. 4 QB Jack Beneventi (No. 82 overall) – Irish offered this signal-caller early in the process, and Notre Dame has been a leader from the onset. 4-star No. 15 RB Jacques Patrick (No. 86 overall) – Has a good relationship with Tony Alford.
