5th-year senior Left Guard #65 Chris Watt: Will make his 29th consecutive start and third straight against the Boilermakers.

Junior Center #72 Nick Martin: Lauded by head coach Brian Kelly for incurring just one illegal snap at Michigan (the result a false start on Christian Lombard) in his second career start.

Senior Right Guard #74 Christian Lombard: Makes his 16th consecutive start Saturday night; ranked as the most improved OL from Week One to Week Two in film review.

Sophomore Right Tackle #78 Ronnie Stanley: Said Kelly of the first-year starter: "We had a couple early missed assignments, but did a very good job.  One sack let up, but he continues to get better and better."

Junior Tight End #85 Troy Niklas: Has scored touchdowns in both contests to date and recorded a career-best six receptions and 76 yards last week in Ann Arbor.

Senior Wide Receiver #7 T.J. Jones: Four-year starter scored touchdowns in each of his three previous contests vs. the Boilermakers.

Junior Wide Receiver #10 DaVaris Daniels: Has 15 receptions for 247 yards and two scores (both vs. Temple), over his last three contests dating back to the BCS Championship game.

Sophomore Wide Receiver #2 Chris Brown: Matched his career-high in receptions with three last week vs. the Wolverines.

Junior Running Back #4 George Atkinson: Has not carried more than five times vs. a Big 10 foe in four chances as a regular 'back in the rotation (seven games overall).

Junior Running Back #3 Amir Carlisle: Led the Irish in rushing yards (12) and attempts (64) last week vs. the Wolverines. His 132 yards rank first through two games.

Junior Running Back #33 Cam McDaniel: Earned just one carry last week after pacing the Irish with 12 carries, 68 rushing yards in opener.

Junior Tight End #18 Ben Koyack: Former #1 ranked TE prospect has not been targeted for a pass attempt this season.

Senior Wide Receiver #87 Daniel Smith: Did not play last week in Ann Arbor. A key component of the Irish running game due to his blocking in-line and on the perimeter.

Freshman Wide Receiver #88 Corey Robinson: Notched first career reception, a 12-yard hitch, in loss last Saturday at Michigan.

Sophomore Slot Receiver #20 C.J. Prosise: Also recorded his first career reception last week, a 20-yard catch and run in the first quarter.

Sophomore Slot/RB #32 Will Mahone: Hopes to make his collegiate debut tonight in West Lafayette. Mahone missed both of the first two games recovering from a high-ankle sprain.

Freshman Wide Receiver #17 James Onwualu: Received 15 scrimmage snaps in collegiate debut vs. Temple but appeared only on special teams vs. the Wolverines.

Senior Tight End #82 Alex Welch: Has yet to receive a scrimmage snap this season after missing 2012 due to a torn ACL.

Freshman Running Back #1 Greg Bryant: Did not play last week vs. the Wolverines.

Freshman Running Back #25 Tarean Folston: Did not play last week vs. the Wolverines. Both he and Bryant are expected to see action Saturday night in West Lafayette.

Freshman Right Tackle #79 Steven Elmer: Made his collegiate debut from scrimmage at left guard last week -- one snap in relief of Chris Watt who was forced to sit after his helmet was knocked off on the previous play.

Junior Right Guard #65 Conor Hanratty: Has not appeared from scrimmage yet this season.
