Irish Offense

5th-year senior Left Tackle #70 Zack Martin: Will start his 47th consecutive game in 47 opportunities after redshirting in 2009.

5th-year senior Left Guard #65 Chris Watt: Will make his 34th consecutive start after serving as a the line's "sixth-man" as a redshirt-freshman in 2010.

Junior Center #72 Nick Martin: Makes his eighth consecutive start at center. Martin has been whistled for penalties in three consecutive contests after committing just one during the first four games.

Freshman right guard #79 Steven Elmer: Will make his first career start today in place of injured senior Christian Lombard (back surgery). Now serves as the team's first tackle off the bench as well, with junior Connor Hanratty (below) shifting to Elmer's right guard spot should either starting tackle be injured.

Sophomore Right Tackle #78 Ronnie Stanley: Today marks Stanley's eighth career start. The sophomore has been whistled for two false starts this season, both when backup Andrew Hendrix entered the contest.

Junior Tight End #85 Troy Niklas: Has scored touchdowns three consecutive contests and has five on the season, one short of the program's single-season record owned since 1977 by Ken MacAafee.

Senior Wide Receiver #7 T.J. Jones: Four-year starter has scored touchdowns in four straight contests after producing just one in opening three games.

Junior Wide Receiver #10 DaVaris Daniels: Daniels has four touchdowns this season, two vs. Temple and two vs. Purdue. He's been limited to 11 receptions over the last four games.

Sophomore Wide Receiver #2 Chris Brown: Caught a pass last week vs. USC, his first reception since September 15 at Purdue.

Junior Running Back #4 George Atkinson: Has 26 carries for 94 yards since his 18-rush, 148-yard effort vs. Oklahoma on September 28.

Senior Quarterback #11 Tommy Rees: Hit for four touchdowns and 261 yards in a 59-33 win over Air Force in 2011.

Junior Running Back #33 Cam McDaniel: Leads the team with 33 rushes and 174 yards over the last two games.

Junior Running Back #3 Amir Carlisle: Just 11 carries for 42 yards since he carried 11 times (16 yards) vs. Purdue on September 15.

Junior Tight End #18 Ben Koyack: Recorded the first touchdown reception of his career on October 5 vs. Arizona State. It was his only official pass target of the season to date.

Freshman Wide Receiver #15 Will Fuller: Has technically started two of the last three games, recording three receptions over the team's last four outings.

Freshman Wide Receiver #88 Corey Robinson: Caught three passes in a September 22 win over Michigan State but has not notched a reception since.

Sophomore Slot Receiver #20 C.J. Prosise: Just one catch over the last three games though Rees missed a wide open Prosise for at least 15 yards and a first down last week against USC.

Freshman Wide Receiver #17 James Onwualu: Not yet targeted for a pass, Onwualu has helped block for two rushing scores this season.

Freshman Running Back #25 Tarean Folston: Produced 43 yards on just two carries vs. Oklahoma on September 28, a game in which he tweaked a hamstring strain, and has not appeared since.

Junior Right Guard #65 Conor Hanratty: Has not appeared from scrimmage yet this season but will be the first guard off the bench should either Watt or Elmer come off the field.

Junior Center #77 Matt Hegarty: Has not appeared from scrimmage yet this season. Top Stories
