On August 8th, we did an update on James Banks. Banks is among the nations best quarterbacks and his season got off to a roaring start this past Friday night. Indianapolis, IN (Ben Davis) won its opener 33-0.
"I felt rusty but I got the job done." James Banks said. "I had to get the first game jitters out of the way. I just felt rusty throwing the ball. I also started at cornerback and I led the team in tackles. The team we played had a Wing-T offense and they ran a lot of jet sweeps my way.
Nothing has really changed as far as recruiting goes. I still like Clemson, Notre Dame, Purdue, Miami, Michigan and Tennessee. I'm going to start setting up my visits soon."
The Fighting Irish are among the favorites for two very solid Midwest prospects, Warren McDuffie and Brian Borgoyn.
