Notre Dame in the NFL: Week 14

Robert Blanton - safety - Minnesota Vikings

Blanton (knee) played for Minnesota (8-5) in a 23-20 loss to Arizona after being listed as questionable. He was limited to a reserve role and didn’t make any tackles.

Sergio Brown - safety - Jacksonville Jaguars

Brown had three tackles for Jacksonville (5-8) in a 51-16 win over Indianapolis.

David Bruton - safety - Denver Broncos

Bruton (knee) didn’t suit up for Denver (10-3) in a 15-12 loss to Oakland.

Braxston Cave - center - Detroit Lions

Cave remains on the practice squad. Detroit dropped to 4-9 with a 21-14 loss to St. Louis.

Jimmy Clausen - quarterback - Baltimore Ravens  

Clausen went 23-of-40 passing with 274 yards and an interception in his first start. Baltimore dropped to 4-9 with a 35-6 loss to Seattle.

Tyler Eifert - tight end - Cincinnati Bengals

Eifert had two catches for 42 yards before exiting with a concussion. Cincinnati (10-3) also lost starting quarterback Andy Dalton to a broken thumb in the 33-20 loss to Pittsburgh.

Anthony Fasano - tight end - Tennessee Titans

Fasano didn’t make any catches for Tennessee (3-10) in a 30-8 loss to the Jets.

Darius Fleming - linebacker - New England Patriots

Fleming is holding steady on the active roster, although he didn’t make any tackles for New England (11-2) in a 27-6 win over Houston.

Michael Floyd - wide receiver - Arizona Cardinals

Floyd led the Cardinals (11-2) with five catches for 102 yards and a touchdown in their 23-20 win over Minnesota. He scored from 42 yards out at 8:31 of the third quarter to put Arizona up 17-10.

Jonas Gray - running back - Miami Dolphins

Gray is on the practice squad. Miami dropped to 5-8 with a 31-24 loss to the Giants.

Ryan Harris - offensive tackle - Denver Broncos

Harris started at left tackle for Denver (10-3) in a 15-12 loss to Oakland.

Bennett Jackson - safety - New York Giants

Jackson is on injured reserve as he recovers from a torn ACL. The Giants moved to 6-7 with a 31-24 win over Miami.

J.J. Jansen - long snapper - Carolina Panthers

Jansen got plenty of work for Carolina as it moved to 13-0 with a 38-0 win over Atlanta.

TJ Jones - wide receiver - Detroit Lions

Jones had four catches for 33 yards on eight targets as Detroit (4-9) fell 21-14 to St. Louis.

Ben Koyack - tight end - Jacksonville Jaguars

Koyack is on the practice squad. Jacksonville (5-8) blew out Indianapolis, 51-16.

Kapron Lewis-Moore - defensive end - Baltimore Ravens

Lewis-Moore was inactive this week. Baltimore (4-9) was blown out by Seattle, 35-6.

Zack Martin - offensive guard - Dallas Cowboys

Martin started at right guard for Dallas (4-9) in a 28-7 loss to Green Bay.

Troy Niklas - tight end - Arizona Cardinals

Niklas played in a reserve tight end spot for Arizona (11-2) in its 23-20 win over Minnesota.

Louis Nix - defensive tackle - New York Giants

Nix is on the practice squad. New York (6-7) knocked off Miami, 31-24, on Monday night.

Theo Riddick - running back - Detroit Lions

Riddick had three carries for 18 yards plus seven receptions for 44 yards on 11 targets in the Detroit (4-9) loss to St. Louis, 21-14.

Cody Riggs - cornerback - Tennessee Titans

Riggs made two tackles for Tennessee (3-10) in its 30-8 loss to the New York Jets.

Trevor Robinson - center - San Diego Chargers

Robinson started at center for San Diego (3-10) in a 10-3 loss to Kansas City.

Kyle Rudolph - tight end - Minnesota Vikings

Teddy Bridgewater targeted Rudolph six times and it resulted in six catches for 67 yards, which led Minnesota (8-5) in its 23-20 loss at Arizona.

Kona Schwenke - offensive tackle - Seattle Seahawks

Schwenke is on injured reserve after suffering a torn ACL in the preseason. Seattle (8-5) rolled to a 35-6 win over Baltimore.

Harrison Smith - safety - Minnesota Vikings

Smith (hamstring) didn’t play in the Minnesota’s 23-20 loss at Arizona. The Vikings fell to 8-5.

John Sullivan - center - Minnesota Vikings

Sullivan (back surgery) is on the injured reserve designated to return list, although his ability to get back on the field this season is in doubt after a second procedure following a rehab setback. Minnesota (8-5) fell 23-20 at Arizona.

Golden Tate - wide receiver - Detroit Lions

Tate led Detroit (4-9) with nine receptions for 60 yards and two touchdowns on 10 targets in the 21-14 loss at St. Louis. Matthew Stafford hit Tate from nine yards out in the third quarter for his first touchdown and again from two yards in the fourth quarter.

Manti Teo - linebacker - San Diego Chargers

Te’o made five tackles for San Diego (3-10) in its 10-3 loss to Kansas City.

Justin Tuck - defensive end - Oakland Raiders

Tuck (pectoral) is on injured reserve. Oakland (6-7) rallied for a 15-12 win over Denver.

Stephon Tuitt - defensive end - Pittsburgh Steelers

Tuitt had two tackles and an interception for Pittsburgh (8-5) in a 33-20 win over Cincinnati.

Darrin Walls - cornerback - New York Jets

Walls had one tackle for the Jets (8-5) in a 30-8 win over Tennessee.

Chris Watt - center - San Diego Chargers

Watt is on injured reserve. San Diego (3-10) lost 10-3 to Kansas City.

Ian Williams - defensive tackle - San Francisco 49ers

Williams had four tackles for San Francisco (4-9) in a 24-10 loss to Cleveland.

Cierre Wood - running back - Buffalo Bills

Wood is on injured reserve after suffering a torn ACL. Buffalo (6-7) lost to Philadelphia, 23-20.

Sam Young - offensive tackle - Jacksonville Jaguars

Young was an active reserve tackle for Jacksonville (5-8) again this week. The Jags blew out Indianapolis, 51-16.
