Freeman-Davis Might be Visiting Irish

Kellen Freeman-Davis has seen his senior season come to close with a loss last week in the playoffs. Freeman-Davis will now focus on setting up his official visits. Will the Irish get a visit?

Kellen Freeman-Davis had a fine season for Arian high school in Adrian, MI. "We just lost last week," said Freeman-Davis. "We finished 10-1. I think I had 10 touchdowns, 17 receptions for about 400 yards."

Kellen says he will now focus his attention on recruiting. "I should have my visits set up pretty soon. I need to crack down and get straight with that. I do have a visit to Northwestern on December 5th. I might take a visit to Michigan State when they play Penn State."

Kellen is still considering other schools for his last three visits. "Right now, I'm considering Notre Dame, Michigan, Miami, Illinois, and maybe Purdue for my visits. Miami hasn't offered but they've been calling and want me to visit there."

The Michigan native has been to Notre Dame before. "I went there for camp. I had a lot of fun there. The campus was different than any place I've been before--it was pretty cool. I really liked Coach Willingham and Denbrock. They are high on my list. I will probably visit there."

Freeman-Davis says he still plans to take all five of his visits. "I plan to space them out a bit so I'm not gone all the time. I do plan to take all five."

Comments: The Irish are still in the race and have a shot. We feel Michigan State might be the team to beat. Michigan is also high on his list. The first step is setting the visit, and we think he will.
