Bragg Will Visit Notre Dame

Darrin Bragg, the 6'1, 180lb QB prospect from California recently made a trip to Utah to visit Coach Meyer and the Utes. Many speculated that he would commit on his visit but didn't. Bragg discusses his trip to Utah, and his upcoming trip to Notre Dame.

"It was pretty good" said Darrin Bragg of his trip to Utah last weekend. "I gave it a nine and a half" on a scale of one to ten he continued. "Coach [Urban] Meyer is a good coach, and he really made me believe that he wanted me. I was close to committing but I didn't commit"

What made Bragg hold off on his commitment? "I want to see what Notre Dame is going to do first" said Bragg. Bragg talks to Notre Dame weekly but the Irish have yet to offer him a scholarship. "I'm visiting Notre Dame this weekend, I want to see what the Notre Dame coaches have to say before I make my decision. I talk to Coach Deidrick a lot. We mainly talk about basic things, but I know things will be different on my visit [to South Bend.]"

Comments: We believe that Bragg will commit to Notre Dame if offered. It is rumored that Notre Dame is looking to sign two QBs in this class, and with Brian Brohm going to Louisville, it appears that Bragg has a good chance of getting offered. More will be known in the next few days. Irisheyes will keep you updated. Top Stories
