RB Nate Schiccatano 6-3 220 4.4 Catawissa, Pa. (Southern Columbia)
Nate Schiccatano is among the finest prospects in the nation regardless of position. Named 1st team all state as a junior, Schiccatano is having a splendid senior season.
"Right now I'm averaging about 11 yards per carry and I have 20 touchdowns." Schiccatano said. "We're still in the play-offs. I've decided on three schools I'm going to visit for sure.
I'm going to visit Michigan State, Notre Dame and Penn State for sure. I'll probably set the dates after my season is over.
My fourth and fifth visits are up in the air. I'll probably take one of those visits in the Big Ten and the other will probably be down south.
I'll probably either visit Iowa, Wisconsin or Ohio State in the Big Ten and in the south I'll either visit North Carolina or Georgia Tech.
I've also started to look at Oregon pretty hard. The Oregon staff has called me just about every week and they told me that if I commit to them, they won't recruit any other running backs. That means a lot to me.
The Wisconsin coaches told me that they'll be coming to watch one of my practices this week..
I don't have a leader. I'm going to take my visits and make a decision."
Nate Schiccatano is an excellent student-athlete who's the son of a football coach. Nate has been around the game his entire life and he plays the game with passion and toughness.
Schiccatano is a four-year varsity starter and he's being recruited as a running back but could play several positions at the next level.
