DE Travis Leitko 6-5 255 4.8 The Woodlands, Texas
Travis Leitko has played the game of football since the sixth grade. However, Travis says he doesn't watch much football on television.
Leitko made an official visit to Notre Dame this past weekend and he liked what he saw in South Bend.
"My Notre Dame visit was nice." Leitko said. "My host was Matt Root. Everyone was great. I had a chance to meet a lot of people. I had a chance to meet and speak with a lot of students.
I like the fact that the football players stay in the same dorms as the regular students. I had the chance to talk with a lot of the people I'd be spending the next four years with.
I had a chance to walk through the parking lots to check out the fans. The atmosphere inside the stadium was cool. The team took a tough loss. I thought they (Notre Dame) should've won the game.
I've got visits set up at Stanford and Michigan for January. I'm also still looking at Texas A&M and Texas.
I'll make my decision after all my visits. I don't have a leader right now."
