Grady Getting Use to Different Experience

For Sean Grady, the 6'4 265lb DT from Tinley Park IL, the recruiting process is a new experience. All the attention he is starting to receive has not been overwhelming, but it certainly is different than what he's used to. Has Notre Dame been adding to this different experience?

It seems like Grady is getting a crash course on recruiting this spring. "This is sort of different for me. I'm not use to this much attention, but I'm getting use to it" said Grady.

Grady has been receiving constant attention from a host of schools. "I've been talking to Notre Dame, Northwestern, Kansas, Iowa, Indiana, and Illinois" said Grady. "Northwestern and Notre Dame have been showing me the most attention."

Grady plans on going to a few camps this summer, but doesn't know which ones yet. "I haven't exactly decided on camps yet, but I'm planning to go to a couple day camps this summer."

As it stands, Grady is in no rush to make a decision on college. "I don't really know what's going to happen this year. So whatever is on the table, I'll look at and decide from there."

Grady said his coach didn't give the players their stats, but he felt he had a good junior football campaign. The 265lb athlete also stars for his baseball team as well. He plays firstbase, designated hitter, and also pitches. Not bad for a guy who spends his time consuming running backs and quarterbacks during the fall. He is fully qualified with a perfect 4.0 GPA and a 26 ACT.

Comments: Grady was a very mild mannered kid to talk to. He seems to be enjoying the recruiting process, even though it's a different experience. He appears to just be taking everything in at the moment, so things haven't become extremely serious for him just yet. He will be a name to keep in mind this year since the Irish have some interest in him. Top Stories
