Top QB Will Visit Notre Dame.

One of the top quarterbacks in the country is planning on taking some summer trips to see the top schools he is interested in. Kyle Wright has more offers than I care to list but Notre Dame is one of his favorite schools. Does Notre Dame have a shot at signing this quarterback?

Monte Vista HS is home to one of the top quartbacks in the country. Kyle Wright had a great junior season. His stats were 182-302 (61%) for 3,015 yards and 26 touchdowns. That production and a 6-4 200 pound frame has every school in the country after this top signal caller.

"I plan to camp at USC this weekend. I was invited to the elite 11 camp and I will attend that and that should keep me busy until August. I plan to go see some schools in August. I want to see all my top schools before I make a decision."

USC is the clear leader for Kyle right now and I asked him about that. "I am from Southern California. I have gotten to know all the coaches on a personal level. I really like the coaches there and I think it's a good situation for me. I want to study business and USC has a good business school so they meet all my criteria but I need to have something to compare them to so I plan to go visit all my top schools before I decide."

I asked him which schools he would go see. "I plan to go see Miami, Texas, Notre Dame, Florida State and Tennessee. I hope I can get to all of them but I am not sure if I will have the time."

I asked Kyle if he had an order of preference right now with the schools. "After USC, it changes all the time. It will probably change tomorrow and why I am going to visit them. Right now it would probably be Miami, Texas, Notre Dame, Florida State and Tennessee."

Kyle said he plans to make a decision before his senior season. "I would like to get it out of the way. I don't need the added pressure. I don't want that sticking in the back of my mind so I can focus on winning this season and my reads."

Comments. I am a big Kyle Wright fan and will remain a Kyle Wright fan even if he goes to USC. I do think he will end up at USC but any team could surprise. He is a fantastic kid though. I was very impressed with him. Top Stories
