Florida Runningback Has a Nice List of Offers

Tampa Jefferson runningback Reshaun Grant has a lot of offers. Notre Dame hasn't offered but they will be recruiting him hard. Notre Dame has a ways to go to gain his interest.

Reshaun Grant is 5-11 187 pounds and ran a 4.39 and 4.40 flat at the Nike camp. He rushed for a little over 1100 yards and 22 touchdowns and also caught 32 passes out of the backfield for over 400 yards.

Grant has some offers. "Northwestern, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Clemson, Michigan State, Oklahoma and North Carolina have offered. Florida, Florida State, Miami and Nebraska have also shown a lot of interest in me."

Reshaun has his grades in order with a 3.0 and a 970 SAT. I asked him about recruiting. "I am wide open right now. I would prefer to stay close to home. I don't mind going out of state but I would prefer to stay closer to home." Reshaun says he plans to camp at Auburn and will take a trip to Chicago to see Northwestern this summer.

Grant said the most important factors are location, the academics of the school and how the football program is doing at this point. He plans to take all his visits and then decide.

Comments. Another runningback I know ND is recruiting. Notre Dame has a long way to go with him however. He didn't mention Notre Dame at all but is going to Chicago to see Northwestern.
