Joe Brockington, a 6-foot-1, 215-pound, linebacker from Palmyra, Pennsylvania is becoming one of the most sought after prospects on the East Coast. Brockington has several scholarship offers and many more will certainly come his way.
"Pitt, West Virginia, Maryland, Boston College, Rutgers, Notre Dame, Purdue, Indiana, Georgia Tech and U Conn have offered me a scholarship." Brockington said.
"I'm not really favoring any schools right now. I'm going with the flow. I'll take some official visits before making a decision on a school."
Brockington won't be attending camps this summer but he will be on the road making unofficial visits.
"I'm going to visit Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Purdue and Indiana. I'll also be going down south to visit Georgia Tech and North Carolina."
Brockington will be a three-year varsity starter in 2002. He was a varsity member as a freshman but didn't start.
