It's called "Irish Eyes Free" and it's an e-mail service that will keep all Irish fans updated throughout the year on Irish news. We obviously can't give away the farm here, but we can and will send out e-mails twice weekly (sometimes less during down times) updating Irish fans on all that's happening around Notre Dame sports.
Yes, we'll throw in some recruiting tidbits like mini-stories on some prospects, updated visit lists for visit weekends and official visits, and various other tidbits about Irish prospects.
We'll send out e-mail notices when the Irish have received a new commitment or there is any breaking news Irish fans would be interested in.
Included will be various quotes and stories we've written throughout the week on Irish Eyes regarding the team we're covering during that season.
We'll also include other free stories from around the net that would interest Irish fans.
We'll keep you updated on the schedule for our popular and always free Irish Eyes Power Hour, as well as our chat schedules on when we plan to chat on Irish Eyes.
We'll also use the e-mail list to release important news that might be coming from Notre Dame Sports Information.
Who is this service for? It's probably for a person who's not overly interested in recruiting but likes to keep an eye on things in regards to both recruiting and the team. It would be for a father or grandfather who's not overly computer-literate, but who can open and read e-mail. It's also for people who simply can't afford $9.95 a month—I was once such a person as a student and I know I would've appreciated something like this as well.
And most importantly, any person who simply doesn't have time to chase all of this information down—and we know there are a lot of you out there who don't have time to sift through all that's out there for find all the good stuff.
Irish Eyes customers will already have access to all of this information so there is no need for them to sign up for this free service, but if you want to take the hassle out of searching, or you just want to take advantage of any free information we might provide, this service is for you.
All you need to do is to e-mail us at: email@example.com
We'll add you to our e-mail list. Make sure you're sending an e-mail from the e-mail address you want added to our e-mail list. If you don't want us sending something to your work, don't e-mail us from your work address.
Also, if you have friends and family that might enjoy this free service, please forward on our note them and we'll get them signed up as well.
Thanks and I hope you enjoy this exciting and FREE offer from Irish Eyes.
