Scout has decided that a stagnant cookie is not a good idea (this is a thing that always remembers your password and keeps you logged in). We've heard it's a security issue. So all your cookies were reset and you all had to log back into the site.
For many of you, this is a problem as you likely forgot your password. Here's what you need to do. Go to the top of this page and in the upper right hand corner you'll see "log in." Click on log in. If you can't remember your password, click on the "can't remember your password" link. It will ask for the e-mail address you used to sign up for Scout. It will then send you a new password to that e-mail address. Once you get the new password, enter your e-mail address or username and password into Scout and you should be fine. If you don't like that password, AFTER YOU'VE LOGGED IN, go into "my account" on the front page and then "my membership" to change your password.
If you have problems still, use the contact us button and we'll try to help you out.
Here's a link to a FAQ that will also be helpful in getting you into your account.
Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience. We were unaware this was happening so we didn't prepare you for this.
