Wooden closes communitcation

4 star prospect Ambrose Wooden is getting very close to his final decision. Tyrone Willingham visited his home earlier this week and Wooden has had coaches from Maryland, Boston College and Stanford in this week as well. It's decision time and that decision should come very soon.

Ambrose Wooden is close to decision time and he is going to shut the world out so he can focus on his decision. "You got in just in time. My Mom is cutting everyone off after tonight. No more visits or phone calls. I think she is tired of it and I am getting kind of tired too. "

Ambrose has assistant coaches from Boston College and Stanford coming in tonight for their final sales pitch.

Wooden should be deciding soon. "Probably within a week. We are going to shut off all communication and then sit down and discuss it. I should have an decision within a week."

The rumor has been that Ambrose was leaning to Notre Dame and Victor Abiamiri to Maryland. I asked for his comment. "This is going to be a very hard decision for me to make and I am sure for Victor as well. It would be awesome if we went together because he is my boy but he will do what is best for him and I will do what is best for me. Who knows, maybe we will play against each other."

Wooden said the family was very impressed with Willingham. "It was great. He was here for a while, we had a great time. We talked a little and we laughed a little. He does laugh and smile you know. He is actually a fun guy."

Ralph Friedgen also visited recently and Wooden was also impressed with him. "It was the same thing. We had a good time>"

Wooden might be playing quarterback or corner in the future but Wooden hasn't decided which he would prefer. "You know, it depends. I went to that Army game and I gained a lot of confidence in playing corner but I do like the ball in my hands. I really don't know. Maryland probably has the quarterback thing in their favor but Notre Dame has a lot of other things that I like about them as well."

Comments. I have been saying for a long time that I think Ambrose Wooden will choose Notre Dame when he announces his decision. I feel confident he do just that.
