Morrice Richardson could have played at a number of big-time college football programs, but he chose to come north to Notre Dame for several reasons. Richardson wanted to get away from the comforts of home; he wanted different experiences than his friends were going to receive staying in the Southeast region of the country and he want to challenge himself academically. He's gained all that, but he still wants to make his mark on the Notre Dame football program.
