"The education and I just felt like the situation at Notre Dame was the best fit for me."

"Running back. I've never really played any defense."

"When we won the state championship my junior year."
Who has been the most influential person in your young life?
"Probably my mom (Cindy Thomas) because she raised me as a single parent."
Which college or professional football player do you like the most?
"Eddie George or Michael Vick."
What did you like the most about the recruiting process?
"I liked taking the visits. It was like going on mini vacations."
What did you like the least about the recruiting process?
"The mail and the calls from the coaches. There's only so much to talk about and they would call every week and talk about the same old thing."
What advice would you give an underclassman that will be going through the recruiting process next year?
"Definitely take your visits. You can't make a good decision unless you compare the different opportunities that are out there."
