While there is still work to be done, Darling passes the eyeball test and shows advanced skills for a player his age. As the season gets underway, we will have more of a chance to see if Darling is ready for the big jump as a varsity starter, or will need to continue working on his craft for another season.

As a transfer to West Chester (Ohio) Lakota West High School, Jordan Darling should not have much problem making friends. When you stand 6-foot-4, 230-pounds and have a strong arm, other classmates and high school football coaches want to get to know you. This looks to be the case for Darling as he is fighting to earn the starting quarterbacks job at his new high school.
