Over the past two years, the Robert Smith Foundation (please visit http://www.rskids.org for more info) held a special celebrity golf event, and this year, the event will be co-hosted by the RSF and Eddie George and The Get Big Foundation (http://www.getbigfoundation.org). Both foundations raise money for great causes. So far this year, the RSF has donated $10,000 to the Columbus Children's Hospital, taken Southmoor Middle School students bowling with several former and current Buckeyes, and pledged a grant of $5,000 to The Central Ohio Chapter of The Make A Wish Foundation.
The cost to participate in the event is $5,000 per foursome and $1250 per individual. This also includes food and beverages, great prizes, admission to the Meet & Greet (more info on that below), souvenirs, and more.
If you would like to attend the event as a spectator, the cost of admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children. So far, celebrities that are committed to attend include Eddie George, Robert Smith, ex-Major League Baseball star Albert Belle, and Buckeye favorites Nate Clements, Ryan Miller, Darnell Sanders, Steve Tovar, Na'il Diggs, and William White.
