"My visit was pretty fun," said Marcus. "I got a chance to talk to all the coaches and some of the players."
While he was in Columbus, he got to spend some time with new Buckeyes' head coach, Urban Meyer.
"He said we could do great things, and that he really wants me to come up there and be a Buckeye," Marcus said.
What did the linebacker enjoy most about his visit?
"I enjoyed seeing how the players interact," he said. "I also enjoyed seeing the field, and it was good spending some one-on-one time with different coaches. It was also good to get to see the campus."
"I enjoyed my trip to East Carolina," said Marcus. "I got to sit down with coach Ruffin (McNeil) and talk about how they would use me in their defense."
Two things will be important to Marcus when makes his decision.
"I want to go somewhere that feels like home, and I want to go to a place where I feel I can play my best football," he said
