Bailey Recaps Buckeye & Wolverine Visits

Strongsville (Ohio) offensive tackle Brandon Bailey is a good sized junior hearing from a number of schools. He is also busy taking visits, as he has been to both Ohio State and Michigan, and visits a third school this week.

Strongsville high is home to a 6'6, 275-lb junior, Brandon Bailey, who is starting to hear from more and more schools.

"I've heard a lot mostly from Louisville, Michigan, Ohio State, UMass, and Nebraska," he said, "but in total, I'd say 15-20 schools."

Bailey has visited a couple of those schools and hopes to get to the rest before all is said and done.

"I was at Michigan last weekend. I've been on two visits to Ohio State and this weekend I'm going to Louisville. I'm also looking to go to Pitt, UMass, Akron, and Ball State."

His visit to Michigan allowed him to see a game in Michigan Stadium.

"I loved the Big House," he explained, "everything about it. It's one I'll remember for a lifetime."

As for contact with the Wolverine coaches, Bailey said, "Not a whole lot, which was a bit of a disappointment since that is something Ohio State emphasized."

The Buckeyes hosted Bailey for his first two unofficial visits this year, and he has had great trips to Columbus.

"I loved Ohio State. The Horseshoe, the fans, and the atmosphere made for a great time! Their coaches have been talking to me about gaining a little bit more weight, and they want this year's game film of mine."
