Dixon to visit Nebraska

It's the last home game of the season and so it will be interesting to see who Nebraska will be bringing in as a whole, but this one will pique every Nebraska fans interest. Once committed Trevell Dixon will be one of the official visitors this coming weekend.

Nebraska offered 6-foot-1 and 195-pound Trevell Dixon from Baldwin (La.) West Saint Mary last December. Nebraska then picked up his commitment about six weeks later. Dixon committed to Nebraska sight unseen.

A change in the coaching staff, more specifically when Corey Raymond left Nebraska for LSU, caused many to think that Dixon might end up decommitting. Dixon eventually did in the summer, but Nebraska has stayed in the picture all the while.

This weekend Dixon will finally get to see the school that he was once committed to when he takes an official visit to Nebraska. Dixon confirmed to BigRedReport.com over Facebook and text message that he would be in Lincoln this weekend.
