Kyle Meadows Update

Ohio offensive lineman Kyle Meadows visited Oklahoma over the weekend and we have a quick update on how his visit went.

This past weekend West Chester (Ohio) Lakota West offensive lineman Kyle Meadows made an official visit to Oklahoma getting a firsthand look at the Sooners program.

How did the visit go?

Lakota West head coach Larry Cox gave a quick update on the visit and status on where Meadows and the Sooners stand.

"Kyle loved his visit to Oklahoma," said Cox. "They treated him great and we should know something by Friday. From my understanding talking with tight end / offensive line coach Bruce Kittle, he's given his blessing and it's up to head coach Bob Stoops to decide."

Cox is no stranger to having high level prospects go through the recruiting process have coached current Texas linebacker Jordan Hicks and Alabama offensive lineman Ryan Kelly in the past few years.

"Kyle told me he just loved how the players were down to earth," said Cox. "He found everybody to be great to him and Oklahoma to be different from any other place he's visited so far."
