Bunting Adds Two More

The offers keep rolling in for Hinsdale Central (Ill.) junior tight end Ian Bunting, and you can check out his thoughts on the last two here.

In the last 24-hours, Hinsdale Central (Ill.) tight end Ian Bunting added offers from Ohio State, Nebraska and then Minnesota.

"It has been crazy," Bunting said. "But awesome. I am so blessed to be in the position I am in and this is the kind of thing that we all dream about as kids." He added, "It really feels good when all the hard work pays off like this."

And as for his newest offers, Bunting is definitely excited about them.

"Nebraska is another storied program that has seen a lot of success and I like the way they use their tight end," Bunting said. "They see me as a guy that will be able to put my hand in the dirt, flex out and exploit the play-action game."

And as for Minnesota?

"I am also interested in them," Bunting said. "Coach Phelps was talking to me about how many opportunities there are at the school, whether it is on the football team or when interning in the Twin Cities."

He continued, "He also sees my type of play being a good fit in their system and an opportunity to make a big difference."

And although Bunting had begun to form a top three or four, with the new offers he has decided to take a step back.

"I have decided it is still to early to rank schools," Bunting said. "I think further along in the process I will be able too, once I have met the coaches, got a good feeling for the schools, and done all me research. I am also very interested in Ohio State though."
