Visting Lincoln next weekend

Nebraska's spring game is next weekend which gives the Husker staff a great opportunity to bring in some recruits. Nebraska will most definitely be targeting players from inside the 500-mile radius to come to Lincoln like this linebacker from Missouri.

Jimmie Swain is one of the players in the 500-mile radius that Nebraska has targeted. The standout linebacker from Lee's Summit (Mo.) had some big news today after picking up an offer from another Big Ten program.

"Michigan State just offered," Swain said in a text message to BigRedReport.com. The Spartans join Missouri, Kansas, Kansas State, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois among others with their offer.

Another offer that Swain is holding is from Nebraska. Swain picked up an offer from the Huskers in early March and said over text messages that he will be in Lincoln for the spring game next weekend.

"I am just looking forward to getting more information on the program. I am also looking forward to meeting the coaches in person."
