He has a great first step off the ball, he is very athletic, and he is projected to be one of the top prospects in the state of Georgia in 2015.
Clemson offered him a scholarship on Tuesday night and that was the fourth offer he had received in the last 48 hours.
He is excited about the early attention.
"It feels good to know that two years from now that I will have a school to go to. I will not have to worry about that, so it feels good to have these early offers," Walker said.
It is not going to stop here.
Walker will see many college coaches in the halls of his high school when they are allowed to be on the road over the next two years and he will take a lot of visits too.
Very early on in the process, Georgia was his leader, but after the new offers over the past six weeks or so, he is now "open".
Scout likes the raw talent that Walker possesses. He is a natural athlete that can run and he is very explosive off the edge. He really thrives in chasing the quarterback and applying pressure from the backside. He could be viewed as a future outside linebacker by those who run a 3-4 scheme and he is athletic enough to drop into coverage while also blitzing the quarterback and helping to secure the edge against the run.
