Hubbard offensive lineman Matthew Jones
is becoming a hot name on the recruiting trail, and one of Ohio's top 2015 prospects picked up his second offer Wednesday.
Jones, 6-foot-4, 250-pounds, had an impressive sophomore season in 2012, and earlier picked up an offer from Toledo.
"I was offered by West Virginia today," Jones stated. "They called my coach and told him they were offering me a scholarship. This offer means a lot to me."
"I'm going to keep working just as hard as I have been," he added. "We will see what happens over the next year with other schools, but this offer really means a lot to me."
Kentucky, Ohio State and Michigan have also been at the school during the evaluation period, and Jones is expected to camp at all three, as well as West Virginia.
