Daniels Blowing Up

Warren G. Harding center James Daniels may be just a sophomore, but he is already gathering an impressive list of offers.

6-foot-4, 275 pound sophomore James Daniels witnessed the recruitment process first-hand as his brother, Iowa freshman LeShun Daniels went through the steps.

"LeShun would tell me to make sure that even though I'm getting recruited to keep up the hard work on the field and in the weight room."

Now it's James' turn. The Warren G. Harding (OH) center has already picked up six offers.

"Michigan State, Penn State, Iowa, Indiana, Akron and Bowling Green have offered me. I don't have any favorites yet."

The sophomore has also been invited to camps at Ohio State and Michigan.

When it comes to possibly joining his older brother at Iowa, James isn't ruling it out.

"Haha, it would be nice to play with him."

While Daniels still has awhile to go in his recruitment, he has begun thinking about what some of the important factors in his decision will be.

"I want to go somewhere with a nice campus atmosphere. I also need to feel comfortable with the coaches. Distances won't matter to me; I don't care if it's close or far."
