14 For '14: Jones Picks Ohio State

Ohio State's recruiting train kept rolling Thursday afternoon when Jamarco Jones announced at his high school that he would be joining the Buckeyes' 2014 class. The Chicago De La Salle star is one of the top offensive linemen and players in the country.

Ohio State boosted its offensive line for years to come Thursday afternoon when Chicago De La Salle tackle Jamarco Jones gave his verbal commitment to the Buckeyes.

Jones, the 14th commitment in the class of 2014 for Ohio State, is ranked the No. 6 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 52 overall player by Scout.com. He joins fellow four-star tackle Kyle Trout of Lancaster, Ohio, and three-star guard Marcelys Jones of Cleveland Glenville in what is shaping up to be a blockbuster class of offensive linemen for the Buckeyes.

The 6-5, 285-pounder picked the Buckeyes over Michigan and Michigan State in becoming the Buckeyes' fourth verbal commitment in the last week. He also had offers from such schools as Florida, Arkansas, Florida State, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma and UCLA.

Much more from his commitment is upcoming on BuckeyeSports.com.
