Weekend Visitors Preview

The Buckeyes host their first big recruiting weekend of the season when they face Wisconsin on Saturday night. Several big names have been confirmed.

Johnnie Dixon. Four-star wide receiver. The Buckeyes are in the mix with Alabama and Miami.

Shawn Boone. Four-star safety. Boone is Dixon's teammate and most likely a back-up plan.

Travis Rudolph. Four-star wide receiver. He is wide open and Ohio State has their chance to impress him this week.

Juju Smith. Five-star safety. It will be an interesting recruitment to follow and Ohio State can get in the thick of it with a spectacular visit.

Mike Gesicki. Three-star tight end. He camped at Ohio State to earn his offer and is considering the Buckeyes and Penn State.

Marshon Lattimore. Four-star athlete. The Glenville standout will get another look at Ohio State. It is not an official visit.

Erick Smith. Four-star safety. Like Lattimore, it is not an official visit for Smith.

QB Kai Locksley. The Maryland quarterback has an offer from Ohio State and it will be his first visit to Columbus.

RB Mike Weber. The Cass Tech running back has been to Ohio State a couple times already and the Michigan schools will be tough to beat.

RB Andrew Dowell. He camped at Ohio State and does not have an offer.

ATH Brian Cole. The Michigan product has spoken to Urban Meyer a few times lately and will get another look at Ohio State.

OL James Daniels. His dad played for Ohio State and is in the mix for an offer from the Buckeyes.

OL Matt Jones. The Hubbard, Ohio native will be back in Columbus again to see the Buckeyes.

OL Drew Richmond. The Buckeyes are in a good spot for one of their top targets but I don't expect it to end soon unless he is blown away.

OL Matthew Burrell. He's one of the best offensive line prospects in the country and will check out Ohio State for the first time.

OL Larry Wells. The in-state prospect had a good showing over the summer and may be one to watch.

DL Elijah Taylor. He's another in-state prospect to watch in the 2015 class.

DL Brandon Tiassum. The 2015 Scout 300 defensive lineman will visit Ohio State for the first time.

DL Joshua Alabi. Another standout from Cass Tech, Alabi has already visited the Buckeyes a few times.

DL Darian Roseboro. He's a top prospect in the 2015 class and is looking forward to seeing what Ohio State has to offer.

LB Anthony McKee. I saw him again last night and think he is one of the top prospects in Ohio for the 2015 class.

LB Nick Conner. He's got great size at middle linebacker and is in the mix for an Ohio State offer.

CB David Dowell. The Ohio prospect has had a great start to his junior season and is also in the mix for an offer from the Buckeyes.

QB Danny Clark. If he continues to improve his craft he can be a special player. The Buckeyes will be the landing spot if/when an offer comes.
