Weekend Visitor Preview

Ohio State hosts their last big visit weekend of the season. Penn State comes to Columbus and several top prospects are expected to be in attendance.

Commits: Terry McLaurin, Kyle Trout, Jamarco Jones, Kyle Berger, Sean Nuernberger, Dante Booker, and Parris Campbell.

Raekwon McMillan. Four-star linebacker. Hinesville (GA) Liberty County. The Buckeyes have chased him for nearly two years and he will be on campus for his official visit. It will be the last time he's on campus before he makes his choice so they'll look to put the finishing touches on their work.

Josh Malone. Four-star wide receiver. Gallatin (TN) Station Camp. The Buckeyes trail by a large margin for Malone but they'll get their chance this weekend to convince him otherwise.

Jamal Adams. Five-star safety. Lewisville (TX) Hebron. Ohio State is probably running fifth on his list but will have the opportunity to make up some ground.

2015 Prospects

Lorenzo Nunez. Four-star quarterback. Kennesaw (GA) Harrison. He's the top target among the signal callers and will make his second trip to Columbus.

Brandon Wimbush. Four-star quarterback. Jersey City (NJ) St. Peter's Prep. Wimbush camped at Ohio State for Friday Night Lights and picked up an offer from the Buckeyes a few games into his season.

L.J. Scott. Four-star running back. Hubbard (OH). The top player in Ohio is expected at Ohio State this weekend. He has yet to receive an offer but has been in contact with the Buckeyes.

Jacques Patrick. Four-star running back Orlando (FL) Timber Creek. Patrick has a few connections to the midwest and the Buckeyes are a contender. It's his second trip to Columbus.

Andre Robinson. Four-star running back. Harrisburg (PA) Bishop McDevitt. Robinson will get his first look at Ohio State and has been in consistent contact with Luke Fickell.

Sterling Jenkins. Four-star offensive tackle. Pittsburgh (PA) Baldwin. Jenkins has been to Columbus a couple of times already and is scheduled to be back at Ohio State. It is not a guarantee anymore that he'll be there but he expects to be.

C.J. Conrad. Four-star tight end. LaGrange (OH) Keystone. Conrad will be back at Ohio State and he is in the mix for an offer from the Buckeyes.

Shy Tuttle. Four-star defensive tackle. Lexington (NC) North Davidson. The Buckeyes continue to attempt to make a dent in North Carolina. Tuttle is one of the top prospects in the state for the 2015 class and will make the visit this weekend.

Nick Conner. Four-star linebacker. Dublin (OH) Scioto. Conner is one of the more physically gifted players in Ohio for the 2015 class. He has been in contact with Ohio State quite a bit.

Anthony McKee. Four-star linebacker. Columbus (OH) Walnut Ridge. McKee will be at an Ohio State game for the third time this season. An offer at some point would not surprise me.

Minkah Fitzpatrick. Four-star cornerback. Jersey City (NJ) St. Peter's Prep. He's one of the top players in the country for the 2015 class and a teammate of quarterback target Brandon Wimbush.

2016 Prospects

Three notable prospects in the class will be on campus for the game in wide receiver Cameron Chambers, tight end Isaac Nauta, and in-state linebacker Ethan Tucky.

2017 Prospects

One notable player in the class will be in attendance in athlete Richard LeCounte. He is a teammate of Raekwon McMillan. Massillon quarterback Danny Clark is not a confirmed visitor but a prospect I anticipate may arrive.
