2015 Indianapolis Park Tudor defensive tackle Brandon Tiassum is getting interest from some of the top schools across the country.

The 6-foot-5, 270-pound Tiassum lists Ohio State, Florida State and Oregon among his top schools. He said the University of Louisville staff has been in contact since last spring and made a visit to the Cardinals last weekend.

Tiassum said he was "very impressed" with his visit to Papa John's Cardinal Stadium to watch the Cardinals beat Houston 20-13.

"It was great," Tiassum said. "The intensity level was very high. I really loved what I saw from the defensive line. I liked the defensive line.

"I really liked the way all the defensive linemen had an individual impact on the game. They were really good on defense."

Tiassum said he expects to hear from Louisville again after visiting last summer for camp and watching the game against the Cougars.

"They told me once they locked up the '14 class they would spend more time on my class," Tiassum said. "I liked them and hope I hear more from them."

Tiassum has also visited Purdue, Ohio State and Indiana this season.

Scout.com ranks Tiassum as the No. 15 defensive tackle in the country in '15.
