Kim takes in Ohio State

Junior offensive tackle Kaleb Kim received a scholarship offer from Ohio State about two weeks ago. It didn't take long for him to see what they have to bring to the table as the three-star prospect was in Columbus this past weekend to see the Buckeyes' victory over Indiana.

2015 Hoschton (GA) Mill Creek offensive tackle Kaleb Kim received an Ohio State offer a few weeks ago. The three-star junior was thrilled about the opportunity.

"I was very excited about the offer," Kim said of the Buckeyes. "Since Ohio State is such a good program I wanted to visit as quickly as I could."

It was a real quick turnaround for Kim. Less than two weeks upon being extended a scholarship by the Buckeyes, he was on the Ohio State campus observing Senior Day in Columbus.

"I enjoyed Ohio State," stated Kim. "It was a good trip. I liked the coaches a lot and the campus was beautiful. It was a special place to be. The atmosphere for the game was as good as it gets. They are definitely near the top of my list."

Kim has struck up a solid relationship so far with Buckeyes' offensive coordinator Tom Herman.

"I talked to Coach Herman mostly," Kim mentioned. "He just said that they liked my tape and that's why they offered. He said that we need to keep in touch and that's what the plan is for now."

Kim gave his overall impression of his time in Columbus and his thoughts on the Ohio State program.

"They are a very dominant team and that's something I would like to be a part of."
