Another of the members of the Ohio State 2014 recruiting class is in the fold. Early enrollee Sean Nuernberger is officially a Buckeye.

Sean Nuernberger

SCHOOL: Buckner Oldham County (KY)

SIZE: 6-foot-2, 220-pounds

SCOUTING REPORT: Sean Nuernberger hasn't yet mastered the perfect kicking stroke, but the countless hours he's spent with Dick Seitz, his personal kicking instructor, gave him the necessary tools to accomplish something great.

"To be a good kicker you have to be consistent in what you're doing and you have to be able to do it without thinking right in the spur of the moment," Seitz said. "I think that's one of the things Sean showed the coaches because they had some very, very good kickers at the camp. They had at least 20 guys that will play Division I ball and what Sean had over the other guys was the mental part of it. He was very disciplined about doing his job."

WHY Ohio State: "I came to visit Ohio State two days ago and kicked all day yesterday against a couple other guys," said the newest Ohio State commitment. "I felt like I did a good job and then I came out this morning and kicked some more in front of Coach (Kerry) Coombs. They then called me in and told me they wanted to offer me. I committed on the spot. Ohio State has always been my top school and where I've always wanted to go."
