Crean expects Vonleh to play vs. Nebraska

Freshman Noah Vonleh missed Sunday's game with foot inflammation. Indiana coach Tom Crean said Tuesday he expects Vonleh to play Wednesday against Nebraska.

It'll be Senior Night Wednesday at Assembly Hall, but all eyes will be on one very important Indiana freshman.

IU coach Tom Crean said Tuesday he expects star freshman Noah Vonleh to be available to play Wednesday night against Nebraska. Vonleh missed Sunday's game against Ohio State with inflammation in his foot. The Hoosiers won the game anyway, 72-64.

"I think we're gonna have Noah," Crean said Tuesday. "We'll wait and see tomorrow, but he did some things today. We're hopeful, as long as there are not setbacks. We'll plan to have him."

Even though IU won without Vonleh, it'll be huge for the Hoosiers to have him back as they continue to make a push at the NCAA Tournament. Indiana has only two games remaining in the regular season.
