1. Damien Harris
RB | Berea (Ky.) Madison Southern HS
One-time Michigan commit is fast and explosive. Camp performances have shown his well-rounded game (receiving, blocking) and alleviated concerns about level of competition in high school. Wolverines along with Ohio State, Alabama and others are in the mix for him.
2. Jashon Cornell
DE | Saint Paul (Minn.) Cretin Derham Hall
Has gotten bigger and kept his athleticism. At one time, 3-4 OLB seemed like a possibility but he has grown into a full-fledged end. He's long, athletic and knows how to get to the quarterback. Likely staying in the Midwest with Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan, Wisconsin and others in pursuit.
3. Justin Hilliard
OLB | Cincinnati (Ohio) St. Xavier HS
Compact backer who can really run to the football and delivers a punch when he arrives to the ball carrier. Great on the blitz, and does a nice job of avoiding blockers with his athleticism, virtually the entire country has offered him and his recruitment is open at the moment.
4. Brian Cole
WR | Saginaw (Mich.) Heritage HS
Outstanding athlete who plays tailback and safety in high school but has the size and open field ability to be a big time threat at wide receiver come college. Fast, big, and elusive, he could project to any of those positions. This might end up as a Michigan-Michigan State battle, but schools like Ohio State, Tennessee and others won't go down without a fight and Alabama may be close to offering.
5. Jerome Baker
OLB | Cleveland (Ohio) Benedictine
Another high school running back who could play in there in college, but Baker also has the ability to project to linebacker. He's a fine athlete who is very good in coverage and has the speed in pursuit to track down ball carriers. He's accumulating quite an offer list, but it may come down to a couple Big Ten schools including the in-state Buckeyes.
6. Shaun Crawford
CB | Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward HS
A true cover man with speed and playmaking ability, Crawford is not a big corner, but also is not afraid to play with a physical style and come up and hit. He was an early commit to Michigan and has maintained his pledge to the Wolverines despite adding offers from schools like Ohio State and Notre Dame.
7. Terry Beckner
DE | East Saint Louis (Ill.) East St Louis Senior HS
Beckner has a lot of potential. He passes the eyeball test as he has a big frame and long arms. He flashes game-changing ability and offers the possibility of sliding around to different positions. The local school with the best shot is Missouri but the Tigers will have to contend with USC, LSU, Tennessee and others.
8. Nick Conner
OLB | Dublin (Ohio) Dublin Scioto HS
A throwback of a backer with size and a physical style, we were surprised at Conner's length and change of direction at the recent Best of the Midwest Combine. He's a kid who moved up on our board and we could see more offers coming his way soon.
9. L.J. Scott
RB | Hubbard (Ohio) Hubbard HS
A classic type of Midwestern back, Scott may not be a burner, but he is a physical, between the tackles runner with enough speed to go the distance when he gets to the open field. He has drawn comparisons to Leveon Bell and Bell's alma mater Michigan State has offered, but Ohio State, Alabama, Auburn and West Virginia are also among the list of contenders.
10. Eric Glover-Williams
RB | Canton (Ohio) McKinley HS
An early Ohio State commit, the biggest question with Eric is, where will he play in college? He is a high school quarterback, but has shown he can play running back, receiver or cornerback. What is not a question is his quickness and competitiveness, both of which are on display at each event he attends.
11. Mike Weber
RB | Detroit (Mich.) Cass Technical HS
Weber exploded as a junior and proved he was one of the state's best. He is an all-around back; not necessarily a power guy and not necessarily just a change-of-pace back, he's a slasher with good burst and excellent receiving skills. Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State and Tennessee appear to be the primary schools he is considering.
12. Anthony McKee
OLB | Columbus (Ohio) Walnut Ridge HS
McKee is long, athletic and aggressive. He still has room to pack on the pounds, something he must continue to do, but he can run and is at his best when coming off the edge in attack mode. He has gone out on many visits including Purdue and Indiana recently, but SEC schools like Kentucky and Tennessee may be tough to beat.
13. Emmitt Smith
MLB | Bowling Green (Ky.) Warren Central HS
Smith is a big kid and plays middle linebacker in high school but could end up putting his hand down in college. He could even grow into a defensive tackle. In-state Kentucky the team to beat here.
14. Eli Brown
OLB | Bowling Green (Ky.) Warren East HS
Brown is a good athlete with the frame to add weight. He's long and smooth and once he gets stronger, he's going to be a force. A one-time Vanderbilt commit, he has re-opened his recruitment.
15. Jon Dietzen
OT | Seymour (Wisc.) Seymour HS
A road grader, Dietzen is 320-pounds and powerful. Nebraska and Wisconsin were the first two to offer and they will likely be battling it out to the end for him.
16. David Dowell
CB | Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward HS
Dowell could play either side of the ball in college but we like him as a corner because of his size. His recruitment is pretty open right now and more schools are likely to jump in still.
17. Tyree Kinnel
CB | Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne HS
Michigan commit has good size and could play safety or corner in college. Physical and steady, he is good in run support and is a smart, heady football player.
18. C.J. Conrad
TE | LaGrange (Ohio) Keystone HS
6-foot-5 frame and ability to go up and attack the football makes him a tough matchup. He can flex out and play like a wide receiver. Still has room to grow too. Kentucky is high on his list, but other offers are likely to come.
19. Gabe Megginson
OT | Jacksonville (Ill.) Jacksonville HS
Good sized kid with good feet and is still barely scratching the surface of how good he can be. Offer list is growing rapidly with Ohio State, Penn State, Illinois, Michigan State, Wisconsin and others battling it out.
20. Darrin Hall
RB | Youngstown (Ohio) Fitch HS
Good sized back who runs with good balance and has a good burst. Could be a Big Ten battle between Nebraska, Indiana and Michigan State but others like Kentucky and Arkansas are also in the picture.
21. David Edwards
TE | Downers Grove (Ill.) North HS
A high school quarterback, Edwards has a massive frame and could project to a number of positions in college but we like him as a tight end. Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois are fighting it out but things could change if schools like Michigan or Vanderbilt offer.
22. Josh Barajas
OLB | Merrillville (Ind.) Andrean HS
One of the fastest rising prospects in the Midwest, Barajas is a great athlete who can run and cover, but also play the run. He's likely to move up even more. Notre Dame leads but Michigan is right there and offers from Ohio State and Michigan State could make things interesting.
23. Darrin Kirkland
MLB | Indianapolis (Ind.) Lawrence Central HS
Smart, instinctive player who always seems to be around the football. Has gotten bigger and stronger and projects as a true middle linebacker. His recruitment remains wide open with schools like NC State, Northwester, Virginia Tech, Penn State and many more in contention.
24. Asmar Bilal
OLB | Indianapolis (Ind.) Ben Davis HS
Bilal is a super-athlete. He's adding some weight to his frame and is intriguing because of his combination of speed and length. More offers are likely to come his way, but Indiana, Iowa and others are on the list now.
25. Dre'Mont Jones
DE | Cleveland (Ohio) St. Ignatius HS
Jones has great size (6'5, 275)and upside. He is still learning the game, but the potential is there. Ohio State recently offered and are the team to beat.
26. Kyonta Stallworth
OG | Eastpointe (Mich.) South Lake HS
A powerful interior prospect, Stallworth is committed to Michigan State and recently picked up an Alabama offer. He's a strong kid who wins in a phone booth and is athletic enough to get to the second level.
27. Andrew Dowell
RB | Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward HS
Well-built back who can catch the ball and pass block as well. Last year was his first year of significant action so schools want to see more but he is talented and holds several BCS offers.
28. Tyson Smith
CB | Orchard Lake (Mich.) St. Mary Preparatory School
A Michigan State commit, Smith was good on the camp circuit last year. He is a good sized kid with the feet and physical nature to play press-man, which should make him a good fit with the Spartans.
29. Justin Tranquill
S | Fort Wayne (Ind.) Carroll HS
Tranquill is a fantastic athlete with good speed and ball skills. He could be a corner or safety at the next level, but has the confidence and tools you want for the secondary. Has a handful of BCS offers but more could be on their way.
30. Miles Boykin
WR | New Lenox (Ill.) Providence Catholic HS
Big wideout who clocked a 4.53 last summer but could also move towards flex tight end if he keeps growing. Notre Dame recently offered and the Irish will be tough to beat.
