Four-star quarterback Brandon Wimbush has close to 20 offers, including one from Ohio State. Many other programs have taken a strong interest in the St. Peter's Prep star as well including some of the best programs in America.
The New Jersey signal caller still remains wide open in his recruiting process but has tentative plans set to make a major visit within the next few weeks.
"I'll possibly be visiting Ohio State visit soon," he admitted to Scout. "I'm definitely looking at heading down there the weekend of April 18. I'm not 100 percent sure, though."
Wimbush has also stayed in regular contact with Penn State, LSU, Miami, Boston College, and Tennessee. A few schools out west have also been reaching out to the junior, in Stanford, UCLA, and Arizona State.
Despite that, he made it clear he has been pursued the heaviest from the Buckeyes.
"I would say that Ohio State is still the school recruiting me the hardest," Wimbush stated.
It was believed that Wimbush was steering his focus away from Ohio State as they continued to chase a few other prospects on the board. It is clear the Buckeyes are still making the four-star junior a priority and a visit within a few weeks from him would indicate that Ohio State is still a major player for his services.
