Taking a look at the best performances by former Ohio State players in Week 7 of the 2014 NFL season.

No Ohio State players were able to find the end zone in Week 7, but a former OSU defensive back came up big with a game-clinching interception.

S Kurt Coleman (Kansas City Chiefs)
Coleman came up big when it mattered most, intercepting Phillip Rivers in the waning seconds to seal a 23-20 win against San Diego.

OT Mike Adams (Pittsburgh Steelers)
Didn’t start but ended up playing more than half the game when starter Marcus Gilbert left with concussion symptoms. Committed a false start but didn’t allow a sack to J.J. Watt and earned praise from Steelers coach Mike Tomlin in a 30-23 win against Houston.

S Will Allen (Pittsburgh Steelers)
Played 12 special teams snaps in win against Texans.

OG Alex Boone (San Francisco 49ers)
Started and played in 100 percent of offensive snaps. The 49ers rushed 18 times for 62 yards and allowed six sacks for 53 yards in a 42-17 loss to Denver.

WR Philly Brown (Carolina Panthers)
Returned two punts for 17 yards and two kickoffs for 55 yards in 38-17 loss to Packers.

CB Chimdi Chekwa (Oakland Raiders)
Played 19 special teams snaps in a 24-13 loss to the Cardinals.

DB Nate Ebner (New England Patriots)
Inactive in 27-25 win against New York Jets.

WR Ted Ginn Jr. (Arizona Cardinals)
Caught one pass for 17 yards and returned two punts for 7 yards in win against Oakland. Also fumbled once.

DT Jonathan Hankins (New York Giants)
Made three tackles and excelled in run defense in a 31-21 loss to Dallas. Left because of an injury but later returned.

WR Brian Hartline (Miami Dolphins)
Made three catches for 35 yards in 27-14 win against Chicago.

LB A.J. Hawk (Green Bay Packers)
Made five tackles in win against Panthers.

RB Boom Herron (Indianapolis Colts)
Took advantage of late playing time in a blowout, rushing for 37 yards on five carries in a 27-0 win against Cincinnati.

DE Cam Heyward (Pittsburgh Steelers)
Made three tackles in win against Texans.

WR Santonio Holmes (Chicago Bears)
Did not record a catch in loss to Dolphins.

RB Carlos Hyde San Francisco 49ers)
Rushed three times for 15 yards and caught two passes for 8 yards in loss to Denver.

S Malcolm Jenkins (Philadelphia Eagles)

LB James Laurinaitis (St. Louis Rams)
Made three tackles in a 28-26 win against Seattle.

C Corey Linsley (Green Bay Packers)
Played 100 percent of offensive snaps in win against Panthers. The Packers rushed for 122 yards on 30 carries and allowed two sacks for 14 yards.

C Nick Mangold (New York Jets)
Started and played all 87 offensive snaps in loss to Patriots. The Jets rushed for 218 yards on 43 carries and yielded three sacks for 21 yards.

LS Jake McQuaide (St. Louis Rams)
Played nine special teams snaps in win against Seahawks, including game-clinching fake punt. Also recorded a tackle.

OG Jack Mewhort (Indianapolis Colts)
Returned to the starting lineup and played 100 percent of offensive snaps in win against Cincinnati. Indianapolis rushed 34 times for 171 yards and one touchdown and allowed two sacks for 9 yards.

OG Andrew Norwell (Carolina Panthers)
Active for the first time this season, coming off the bench but playing 87 percent of snaps at left guard in loss to Packers. The Panthers rushed 25 times for 108 yards and allowed three sacks for 25 yards.

K Mike Nugent (Cincinnati Bengals)
Did not attempt a field goal or PAT in loss to Colts.

DT Ryan Pickett (Houston Texans)
Made three tackles in loss to Steelers.

WR DeVier Posey (Houston Texans)
Inactive in loss to Steelers.

CB Bradley Roby (Denver Broncos)
Made seven tackles in win against 49ers. Flagged once for pass interference.

WR Dane Sanzenbacher (Cincinnati Bengals)
Started and was targeted twice but did not record a catch in shutout loss to Colts.

LB Ryan Shazier (Pittsburgh Steelers)
Inactive in win against Texans because of sprained MCL but could return Sunday against Indianapolis according to Tomlin.

LB John Simon (Houston Texans)
Played eight defensive snaps and 15 special teams snaps in loss to Steelers.

OG Rob Sims (Detroit Lions)
Started and played in 100 percent of offensive snaps in 24-23 win against Saints. The Lions rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries and allowed three sacks for 14 yards.

S Donte Whitner (Cleveland Browns)
Made four tackles in 24-6 loss to previously winless Jaguars.
