Ohio State's commitments were in action the weekend of Nov. 14. Here's how the prospects and their teams fared. All are seniors unless mentioned.

Joshua Alabi, DE, Detroit Cass Tech: The Technicians (12-0) earned a regional title with a 48-35 win vs. Clinton Township Chippewa Valley (8-4) in Michigan High School Athletic Association Division I play. Michigan commit Mike Weber led the way with a career-best 404 yards rushing with five touchdowns. Cass Tech advances to the state semifinal round, where it will face Saline (11-1).

A.J. Alexander, WR, Burke (Va.) Lake Braddock: No. 3 Lake Braddock (9-2) opened Virginia High School League Group 6A North postseason play with a 44-14 win vs. No. 14 Vienna Oakton (5-6). The Bruins will host Springfield West Springfield (9-2) next week.

Jerome Baker, OLB, Cleveland Benedictine: Baker recorded eight solo tackles, two stops for loss and two sacks during a 56-16 win for No. 1 Benedictine (11-1) over fifth-seeded Youngstown Cardinal Mooney (6-5) in an Ohio High School Athletics Association Division IV Region 11 semifinal. The Tigers will face No. 7 Bay Village Bay (8-4) for a regional title next week.

Joey Burrow, QB, The Plains (Ohio) Athens: Burrow threw three touchdown passes on 13-of-19 passing for 178 yards. That was good enough as No. 4 Athens (12-0) posted a 41-20 win against top-seeded Dresden Tri-Valley (11-1) in an OHSAA Division III Region 9 semifinal. Burrow also ran for a score and intercepted a pass on defense. He will lead the Bulldogs next week vs. No. 7 Columbus DeSales (10-2).

“It’s fairly satisfying, but we’re not satisfied yet,” Burrow told the Athens Messenger. “We had plans for this and we knew we were going to get this far. We have higher aspirations for the rest of the season.”

Nick Conner, OLB, Dublin (Ohio) Scioto and Liam McCullough, LS, Worthington (Ohio) Kilbourne: No. 7 Scioto (8-4) routed rival and sixth-seeded Kilbourne (8-4) 23-0 in a OHSAA Division II Region 5 semifinal. Conner remained sidelined with an injury.

Jamel Dean, CB, Cocoa, Fla.: Dean scored four touchdowns as Cocoa (10-1) thumped vs. Avon Park (2-9) 67-0 in a Florida High School Athletic Association Class 4A regional semifinal. His first two scores came on the first two Cocoa plays from scrimmage on passes of 37 and 50 yards. His third came on a 40-yard punt return, and he added his last TD with a 62-yard TD catch.

Kevin Feder, OT, Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep: The Ironmen (7-2) began New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association Non-Public Group 4 postseason play with a 42-21 win vs. Richland St. Augustine Prep (7-2). Feder and the OL opened holes for Malik Bakker, who finished with 80 yards rushing and two TDs. Don Bosco Prep will play Paramus Catholic (8-1) next week in a semifinal.

Torrance Gibson, QB, Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage: American Heritage (8-3) recorded a 51-0 win vs. Immokalee (4-7) in a FHSAA Class5A regional quarterfinal. Gibson threw for 142 yards and a touchdown and added 66 rushing yards with another score. Next up for the Patriots is Naples Lely (8-3).

Tyler Green, WR, Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha Catholic: DeMatha (8-3) advanced to the Washington Area Catholic Conference championship game with a 21-14 win vs. No. 3 Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga (8-3). The second-seeded Stags will play No. 1 Olney Our Lady of Good Council (11-1) for the championship.

George Hill (junior), RB, Hubbard, Ohio: No. 1 Hubbard (12-0) outlasted fourth-seeded Aurora (10-2) 23-19 in a OHSAA Division III Region 7 semifinal. Michigan State commit Larry Scott rushed for 209 yards on 32 carries with two touchdowns. Next for Hubbard is second-seeded Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary (10-2).

Justin Hilliard, MLB, Cincinnati St. Xavier: Hilliard made five tackles and recorded a sack during a 29-21 win for second-seeded St. Xavier (10-2) vs. No. 10 Cincinnati Colerain (8-4) in a OHSAA Division I Region 2 semifinal.

Dre'Mont Jones, DE, Cleveland St. Ignatius: Eighth-seeded St. Ignatius (7-5) concluded its season with a 28-23 loss to vs. No. 1 Hudson (12-0) in an OHSAA Division I Region 1 quarterfinal. Jones recorded a sack in his final prep game.

Joshua Norwood, CB, Valdosta, Ga.: Norwood’s prep career came to a close as Valdosta (9-2) was upset 27-14 by Covington Newton (6-3) in the first round of the Georgia High School Association Class 6A playoffs.

Grant Schmidt, OT, Sioux Falls (S.D.) Roosevelt: Schmidt and the second-seeded RoughRiders (9-2) fell short of their goal of a state championship with a 28-14 loss to No. 1 Sioux Falls Lincoln (11-0) in the South Dakota High School Activities Association Class 11AAA championship game. It was the second consecutive year the Patriots beat Roosevelt in the title game.

Alex Stump, WR, Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward: With Stump still sidelined with a foot injury, No. 2 St. Edward (10-2) advanced with an OHSAA Division I Region 1 semifinal win vs. No. 7 Powell Olentangy Liberty (9-3), 41-12.

Denzel Ward, CB, Macedonia (Ohio) Nordonia: No. 2 Nordonia (11-0) posted a 56-52 win vs. No. 3 Perrysburg (11-1) in a OHSAA Division II Region 4 semifinal. Ward scored two touchdowns and grabbed an interception in the win. Nordonia will battle No. 1 Grafton Midview (12-0) next week.
