BSB TV: Changes Looming?

The Buckeyes head to northwestern tomorrow to face Northwestern. Thad Matta and Shannon Scott discuss what the Buckeyes need to change to get on the right track.

After a disappointing 3-3 start to conference play, head coach Thad Matta is considering making some changes.

In all of their losses this season, the Buckeyes (14-5) have started sluggish and the coach said he is considering inserting freshman Jae'sean Tate into the starting lineup to rectify that problem when Ohio State faces Northwestern (10-8, 1-4) tomorrow. The coach did not committ to anything, however.

Point guard Shannon Scott did not discuss any potential lineup changes, but agreed that there was a consistent theme in the Buckeyes losses.

Scott also said that there is plenty of room for growth in this Ohio State team.

Matta agreed that the team has yet to play its best basketball, though he said he has seen positives even when the Buckeyes don't get the win.
