Though he suits up for Pickerington Central High School just outside of Columbus, most fans might not know the line prospect. "I do whatever it takes to win the game."

Those are the words of DaVon Hamilton, the latest Ohio State commitment who gave his pledge Monday night.

So who is Hamilton? Midwest analyst Allen Trieu gives a favorable review of the defensive lineman from nearly Pickerington (Ohio) Central who has played against the best central Ohio has to offer in his prep career.

"Hamilton is very quick off the ball, has good overall athleticism and explosion, he just, as a result of not having a lot of experience yet, is raw with his technique, but he has good upside," Trieu said.

Hamilton is the second defensive tackle in his class, joining fellow in-state prospect Robert Landers, a four-star player from Huber Heights Wayne who committed in December.

The Buckeyes moved up to No. 5 in Scout's 2015 rankings with the pledge from Hamilton, who decommitted from Kentucky to make the choice.
