Davis Decommits From OSU

Three-star safety Carlton Davis has decommitted from Ohio State and will not sign with the Buckeyes next week on National Signing Day.

BuckeyeSports.com has learned that Carlton Davis has made it official -- the three-star safety has decommitted from Ohio State.

The three-star safety from Miami Norland had been committed since August but took a visit to Auburn last weekend. The 6-2, 185-pound Semper Fi All-American is now listed as having high Auburn interest by Scout.com.

Davis is the No. 39-rated safety by Scout and was the only player at his position in OSU's class, which is now rated seventh in the nation with 24 players.
