Landers

SCOUTING REPORT: Strong and explosive, Landers has a super quick first step and the strength to engage with power while still keeping great balance and the ability to disengage quickly to make a play. Despite his height, Landers can take on double teams and allow others to make big plays. Last half of senior season played the best football of any DL in the country. Reminds me of former Cincinnati AP All-American Terrill Byrd. - Dave Berk.

WHY WAS Ohio State THE RIGHT SCHOOL? “I made my choice,” said Landers. “I’m going to attend Ohio State. I’ve called Coach (Shannon) Dawson to personally thank him for the opportunity at West Virginia and to also apologize for having to go back on my commitment.

"He said he's not done recruiting me and will stay on me until I sign my letter of intent.

“However, I had to make a decision that is better for my family and that is me being closer to home and attending Ohio State.”
